An updated Mass Effect artbook popped up on Amazon, sparking rumors that Bioware and EA are collaborating on a trilogy remaster set for a March 2021 release.
Hours ago, an intriguing item appeared on Amazon's website, quickly sparking a flurry of new rumors that Bioware, in collaboration with EA, is indeed working on a remastered Mass Effect trilogy. The product page itself is for an expanded Mass Effect book titled "The Art of the Mass Effect Trilogy: Expanded Edition," and its release will be handled by renowned publisher Dark Horse Books. Notably, Dark Horse Books also published the original artbook in February 2012, just a month before Mass Effect 3 launched.
⤢ ВІДКРИТИIn the past, accidental Amazon listings have often proven quite accurate. Overall, it's tough to say how much this updated artbook's listing truly confirms work on a Mass Effect trilogy remake. But then again, why update an old artbook if its release isn't tied to a major event? After all, an artbook is ancillary material, not the main product. Generally, where there's smoke, there's fire. What do you think about this?
The artbook itself is set to release on February 23, 2021, while the Mass Effect trilogy remaster is rumored to launch in March of the same year.
