Overclocker isulk has set four new records, earning gold medals for overclocking an AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+ on the AM2 platform.
It's been just over four days since German overclocker isulk published his last major achievements. On July 20, the enthusiast posted three new records with an Athlon 64 X2 4000+ processor. Now, he has already released four more results using an Athlon 64 X2 5000+ (Brisbane) chip.
Benchmarks and results:
Discipline: | Score: |
34 seconds 210 milliseconds
21 minutes 11 seconds 672 milliseconds
21 seconds 292 milliseconds
1.79 points |
Just like before, isulk didn't specify the test bench hardware this time either. The only exception is the GIGABYTE GA-MA790FX-DQ6 motherboard, which the overclocker always lists in his AM2 platform results.
By the way, we have an article on our site dedicated to overclocking the Athlon 64 X2 5000+ processor. If you're interested, feel free to check it out. Be warned, though, it's quite old (from 2011), so its usefulness might be limited.
