Dual-core Core i3 processors are long gone, and their performance is barely enough to run most modern games and professional apps. However, Intel's 7th-gen lineup had one very interesting gem: the Core i3-7350K. Unlike other dual-core, four-thread Skylake chips, this processor featured an unlocked multiplier, making it highly popular among overclockers.
Today, the processor's database was updated with an impressive result from French overclocker Rady. Armed with a liquid nitrogen pot, the enthusiast pushed the Core i3-7350K to an impressive 6580 MHz, setting a record in the increasingly popular Cinebench - R20:
