The hardware of the new smartphone from the Chinese company Xiaomi is based on the fresh SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 865, and the device uses the Android 10 operating system with the MIUI 11 proprietary add-on in its software base.
The Xiaomi Mi 10 offers its potential customer an OLED display with a diagonal of 6.67 inches (2340×1080 resolution) with a refresh rate of 90Hz, a maximum brightness of 1120 nits, and support for HDR 10.
The photo and video capabilities of the device are represented by a 108-megapixel sensor, similar to that installed in the Mi Note 10. The module is capable of shooting video in 8K resolution with OIS and EIS.
On the sides of the main camera are two 2-megapixel sensors, the first for better macro photography and the second for depth detection. Right under the large camera module is a 13MP wide-angle lens with a 123-degree field of view.
In addition to the powerful main camera, the device has a 20MP selfie camera.
The smartphone is equipped with a very capacious 4780 mAh battery, which supports fast wired/wireless charging with a capacity of 30 watts.
This means that past rumors of 66W fast charging have not been confirmed. However, Xiaomi has released a separate 65-watt charger. It should be understood that this charger does not work with Mi 10, however, it can be used to charge other devices.
Of all kinds of wireless/wired connections, Xiaomi Mi 10 has a USB Type-C PC/charging interface, a 5G dual-band module, Wi-Fi 6, NFC, and Bluetooth v5.0.
Xiaomi Mi 10 will be available for purchase with a starting price of $ 575 for the variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB solid-state memory, while variants with 8GB RAM/256GB ROM and 12GB RAM/256GB ROM will cost $ 615 and $ 675, respectively.
