Our colleagues from bilibili.com have published the first tests of an affordable Radeon RX 6700 XT video card performed by Sapphire NITRO+.

As a central processor, the guys from the Middle Kingdom used a 12-core chip from AMD, the Ryzen 9 5900X model.

On average, it turns out that the older RX 6800 XT NITRO+ card is about ~ 50% faster than the RX 6700 XT NITRO+. And this is quite amusing because physically, the RX 6800 XT is ~ 80% more powerful than the RX 6700 XT (4608 stream processors versus 2560). Thus, we can assume that the RX 6700 XT closes the performance gap with the older card due to the higher clock speeds of the Navi 22 chip. But this is just an assumption. Indeed, at the moment we cannot speak with confidence about the clock frequencies of the novelty.

You can estimate the full table of performance of video cards below:

Radeon RX 5700 XT 12080 6503 9029 4369 75%

In addition, I would like to note that the RX 6700 XT in the NITRO+ version is 25% faster than the RX 5700 XT and 13% slower than the GeForce RTX 3070.

However, the above information should be treated with caution, since these tests are not official and are made on the basis of a preliminary assembly of drivers.
