That’s right, you read the title correctly. Already today there will be one more “launcher” on your computer. Rockstar is breaking into this market segment after dozens of companies have already launched their own digital stores.
Moreover, even if you do not express a desire to commit this act and install the application on your PC, Rockstar will try to convince you with an absolutely free copy of its legendary game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. And this, I tell you, is a really damn strong move from the American company. After all, if you still do not have this masterpiece for some reason, then you are unlikely to give it up even in a new and unfamiliar launcher.
In general, of course, the news is rather controversial, but Rockstar tried to smooth out all the ambiguous moments as much as possible.
Also, I would like to note that the launcher can scan your Rockstar games and, if possible, drag them into itself. Unfortunately, it didn’t work with GTA IV. Plus, this game is not in the store itself. Keep this in mind.
By the way, the application works quite well and relatively quickly.
