From 13 to 20 August, Epic Games is giving to its users the co-op souls-like action “Remnant: From the Ashes” and the stylish indie adventure “Alto Collection”.
I would especially like to mention “Remnant: From the Ashes”. The project is clearly inspired by Hidetaka Miyazaki’s games Dark Souls and Bloodborne. Nevertheless, “Remnant” is quite distinctive and has a number of interesting (sometimes even unique) mechanics and quite exciting boss fights. However, one should not expect from this game a scrupulous elaboration of the level of the same Dark Souls. The project was made for less money, but if you give it a chance, it can give a lot of different emotions (especially for fans of the souls-like genre).
