Apparently, the Ryzen Threadripper 2970WX haunts the American and he wants to squeeze the maximum out of this processor.
Literally, on September 2, we wrote that after a month of absence, the keeph8n overclocker returned with a new record in the wPrime discipline – 1024m with a result of 27 seconds, 680 milliseconds. To do this, the enthusiast needed to overclock the processor to 4500 MHz.
And today, keeph8n has once again (third?) Updated its own record.

Having overclocked the processor to a frequency of 4905MHz, the American achieved a very impressive result of 25 seconds 624 milliseconds.
In parallel with the first record, keeph8n was able to get gold in the HWBOT x265 Benchmark – 4k discipline, however, the processor frequency was 4602 MHz.

Also, two second places in Geekbench3 – Multi Core and Cinebench – R15:

Since the last record, the American test setup has slightly changed and now consists of the following components:
ASUS ROG Zenith Extreme replaces MSI MEG X399 CREATION motherboard.
The rest of the hardware remained unchanged: 2 strips of 16GB RAM by G.SKILL and a GeForce GT 1030 video card. The keeph8n did not specify the power supply and storage.
