A little more than four days have passed since the publication of the latest significant achievements of the German overclocker isulk. On July 20, the enthusiast posted three records obtained with the CPU rank for the Athlon 64 X2 4000+ processor, and today the German published four new results using the Athlon 64 X2 5000+ (Brisbane) chip.
Benchmarks and results obtained:
Discipline: | Index: |

SuperPi – 32M | 21 minutes 11 seconds 672 milliseconds |
wPrime – 32m | 21 seconds 292 milliseconds |

Just like last time, isulk did not indicate the hardware used in the test setup again. Apart from the GIGABYTE GA-MA790FX-DQ6 motherboard, of course. Overclocker notes it in every published result obtained on the AM2 platform.
By the way, there is material dedicated to overclocking the Athlon 64 X2 5000+ processor on our site. You have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with it if you are interested. True, it is quite old (2011), so it is difficult to say how useful it will be to you.
