The fourth major expansion pack for Destiny 2, Shadowkeep, is approaching. Bungie hasn’t really changed the distribution model of its content, and again four seasons await us.
The first of these will be Season of the Undying. His activities are reflected in the roadmap that Bungie published the other day. The new season includes a new raid, PvP mode, exotic quests, and an all-new “Vex Offensive” activity.
In addition to all of the above, Bungie will seriously rework some of the PvP mechanics. For example, the ultimate abilities of characters will take longer to recharge, and you will receive more damage to them.
This will all kick off with the launch of Shadowkeep in October and will run until the end of November when Season of the Undying ends. Usually, by the way, seasons in Destiny 2 last three months. Maybe we don’t know something yet and Bungie has prepared something special due to the short duration of the season. It won’t be long to wait.
Bungie also detailed some of the changes coming to Destiny 2 with the launch of Shadowkeep on its latest blog.
In preparation for the “Vex Offensive”, most of the in-game weapons will receive quite significant buffs, and weapon mods can be reused. Now, if you suddenly did not enter the game for a long time (or at all?), When installed in a weapon, the mod disappears from the inventory. Based on Bungie’s announcements, they will now look like guardian spawn effects, in other words, endless.
Destiny 2: Shadowkeep launches October 1 on PC, Xbox One, and PS4 for $35 for the Standard Edition and $60 for the Annual Pass.
