New information appeared on the network about the upcoming budget graphics card NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050. According to new rumors, the RTX 3050 will be equipped with a hitherto unknown GA107-300 GPU with 2304 active CUDA cores:

In addition, at the moment, the GA107-300 chip is credited only a 128-bit interface, which, as a result, can result in either 8GB or, more likely, 4GB of GDDR6 video memory.

Considering the characteristics leaked to the network, it becomes clear that the potential GeForce RTX 3050 will not be able to go far from the same GTX 1650 SUPER, and most likely will demonstrate a level of performance comparable to a GTX 1660 (possibly a GTX 1660 SUPER/Ti).

However, thrifty gamers shouldn’t complain, because with the release of the RTX 3050, ray tracing technology will come to the budget segment of video cards.
